The NCP177BMX330TCG with LDO Voltage Regulators FAST TRANSIENT RESPOn from ON Semiconductor is a dual low-dropout (LDO) regulator in a thermally enhanced, 4-pin, SOT-23 package. This device provides noise-free accuracy over a wide input voltage range from 3V to 5.5V and can deliver a regulated output voltage from less than 0.8V to 5V with typical output currents up to 330mA. It features a fast transient response of less than 1µs, high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), low operating current and quiescent current, and low dropout voltage.
