The NCP301LSN27T1G is an integrated circuit (IC) from ON Semiconductor that provides 2.7V output voltage detection with reset control for system power supply monitoring. This IC is part of the Supervisory Circuits family, a product line designed for reset control in consumer and industrial applications. In addition, the device is provided in a miniature package with an operating voltage range of 1.9 to 5.5V and a maximum supply current of 12µA. The device features a reset signal output to indicate an under-voltage condition, and is designed to be used with one or more capacitors to set the reset delay and threshold. Furthermore, the device has low quiescent current and is available in a variety of packages.
