The NCP303LSN27T1G is an active-low, 2.7 V detector with reset low, manufactured by ON Semiconductor. This component features supervisory circuits for reliable system startup and smooth system resetting. It includes a fixed-threshold voltage detector and reset switch combined in the same device. The voltage detector monitors power supplies, system parameters, and the reset switch brings the system to a known state when the monitored conditions are incorrect. The device includes an enable pin which disconnects the output from the system, and its low-power operation makes it ideal for battery-powered systems. It is available in a small, lead-free SOT23-5 package.
