NCP781 150 V, 100 mA Very High Voltage Linear Regulator The NCP781 is a very highvoltage tolerant linear regulator that offers the benefits of thermally enhanced DFN6 3.3 x 3.3 package and is able to withstand continuous DC or transient input voltages up to www.onsemi.com 150V. The device is stable with small 0.1 F Ceramic Output Capacitors which allows smaller PCB design at space constraining applications.
