NCP81241 Single-Phase Controller with SVID Interface for Desktop and Notebook CPU Applications www.onsemi.com The NCP81241 SinglePhase buck solution is optimized for Intel VR12.1 compatible CPUs. The controller combines true differential MARKING voltage sensing, differential inductor DCR current sensing, input DIAGRAM voltage feedforward, and adaptive voltage positioning to provide accurately regulated power for both Desktop and Notebook 1 NCP applications. The single phase controller uses DCR current sensing 81241 QFN28 ALYW providing the fastest initial response to dynamic load events at reduced CASE 485AR system cost. The NCP81241 incorporates an internal MOSFET driver for A = Assembly Location improved system efficiency. High performance operational error L = Wafer Lot Y = Year amplifiers are provided to simplify compensation of the system. W = Work Week Patented Dynamic Reference Injection further simplifies loop = PbFree Package compensation by eliminating the need to compromise between (Note: Microdot may be in either location) closedloop transient response and Dynamic VID performance.
