NCV51460 Precision Voltage Reference, 20 mA Micropower The NCV51460 is a high performance, low power precision voltage www.onsemi.com reference. This device combines very high accuracy, low power dissipation and small package size. It can supply output current up to 20 mA at a 3.3 V fixed output voltage with excellent line and load regulation characteristics making it ideal for precision regulator applications. It is designed to be stable with or without an output capacitor. The protective features include Short Circuit and Reverse Input Voltage Protection. The NCV51460 is packaged in a 3lead SOT23 surface mount SOT23 package.
