In global Frame Rate up to 120 fps at Full Resolution shutter mode, the sensors support correlated double Onchip 10bit AnalogtoDigital Converter (ADC) sampling (CDS) readout, reducing noise and increasing 10bit Output Mode dynamic range. One Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) The image sensors have onchip programmable gain High Speed Serial Output or Parallel CMOS Output amplifiers and 10bit A/D converters. The integration time Random Programmable Region of Interest (ROI) and gain parameters can be reconfigured without any visible Readout image artifact. Optionally the onchip automatic exposure control loop (AEC) controls these parameters dynamically. Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) The images black level is either calibrated automatically or Automatic Exposure Control (AEC) can be adjusted by a user programmable offset. Phase Locked Loop (PLL) A high level of programmability using a four wire serial Dual Power Supply (3.3 V and 1.8 V) peripheral interface enables the user to read out specific 40C to +85C Operational Temperature Range regions of interest. Up to four regions can be programmed, 67 pin CSP achieving even higher frame rates. 265 mW / 226 mW Power Dissipation (LVDS 120 fps / The image data interface consists of one LVDS data lane, 60 fps) facilitating frame rate up to 120 frames per second.
