It is a high quality device featuring fast response time, excellent surge handling capability, low forward voltage drop and low thermal resistance. It is ideal for harsh, high temperature environments and can provide the necessary power conversion performance for a wide range of applications. Its rated reverse voltage is 1000V and it can deliver a maximum forward current of 1.5A. This product is certified according to RoHS, lead-free, and is UL recognized.
