The PADAUK PMS171B-S14 is a medium-power RISC microcontroller unit (MCU) with a 1.5KB 96Byte OTP design. It is housed in SOP-14 (Small Outline Package) and fully supports both RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and the PMS171B-S14 architecture for embedded applications.
