The SC68C94C1N, made by Philips Semiconductors, is a synchronous 2-bit microcontroller designed for embedded applications. The device offers a wide range of features such as an 8-bit ALU, a register bank, an 8-bit address/data bus, timer/counter, as well as I/O pins and several peripheral modules. The SC68C94C1N is built using an advanced CMOS technology and operates with a voltage of 4.5 V to 5.5 V. With its powerful instruction set, it can address up to 65,536 locations and the internal clock can be operated at speeds up to 8 MHz. The device also provides an array of special on-chip features such as interrupt handling, auto-wakeup and on-chip clock generation.
