The PTA20N50A with TO-220F-3 MOSFETs ROHS is a field-effect transistors (FETs) manufactured by PIP. It is designed to provide low-voltage and high-power performance for a wide range of applications. It is a vertical double-diffused metal-oxide-semiconductor (DMOS) FET with a TO-220F-3 package. It has a drain-source breakdown voltage (BVdss) of 500 V, drain current (Id) of 3.5 A, a gate-source voltage (Vgs) of +/-20 V, and a on-state resistance (RDS(on)) of 1.0 ohms.
