The Powersem PSCH25K/08 is a high-power thyristor module with a blocking voltage of 25 kV and a phase control of 0-800 A. It is designed for use in high-power motor speed and torque control applications. The module has a fast recovery time and a low forward voltage drop, making it ideal for applications such as motor drive, welding and traction drives. The module is also equipped with advanced diagnostics and control capabilities, including current control and overload and over-temperature monitoring. In addition, the module has a built-in bypass switch for easy installation and maintenance.
