The PT4303-S-TP is an RF transceiver IC with SOP-14 shape manufactured by Princeton. It is RoHS compliant and is a high-performance device based on an RFIC transmitter and receiver. This device includes a low-noise amplifier (LNA), a power amplifier (PA), a transmitter-side low-noise amplifier (LNA), a receiver-side downconversion mixer, and a transmitter-side upconversion mixer.
