Product Specification PE42359 SPDT UltraCMOS RF Switch 10 MHz 3 GHz Product Description Features The PE42359 UltraCMOS RF switch is designed to cover a broad range of applications from 10 MHz through AEC-Q100 Grade 2 certified 3 GHz. This reflective switch integrates on-board CMOS Supports operating temperature up to control logic with a low voltage CMOS-compatible control +105C interface, and can be controlled using either single-pin or Single-pin or complementary CMOS complementary control inputs. Using a nominal +3-volt logic control inputs power supply voltage, a typical input 1 dB compression Low insertion loss point of +33.5 dBm can be achieved. PE42359 also 0.35 dB 1000 MHz meets the quality and performance standards for 0.50 dB 2000 MHz automotive applications and has received AEC-Q100 Grade 2 certification.
