RFE430Y-AIW-DNN is part of Raystar's Embedded AI product line. It is a specialized artificial intelligence (AI) processor designed for embedded applications. This processor supports deep neural networks (DNNs), enabling it to recognize objects or behaviors in real-time. It also offers advanced image processing capabilities, facial recognition algorithms and text-to-speech synthesis. It integrates a 660MHz ARM11EJ-S core, 8MB of on-die SRAM and an integrated GPU. The processor supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and ZigBee connectivity, and its set of I/O peripherals includes an USB 2.0 host, an Ethernet controller, a UART, I2C, an SPI, a PWM and more.
