GX32222 Short-Form Datasheet 2 x 32Gb/s Linear TIA Description Features The GX32222 is a dual 32Gb/s linear Trans- Data rate: 28Gbaud/s to 32Gbaud/s Impedance Amplifier (TIA) for 100G/200G with bandwidth adjustability Integrate Coherent Receivers (ICRs). Differential gain: 6,500 typ. Bandwidth: 25GHz min. The GX32222 integrates two TIA signal paths for Low power consumption of 180mA max. I and Q channels. The high-performance, low Linear gain over 30dB of dynamic range power, and compact design of the GX32222 also Internal AGC enables small form factor integrated optical Output voltage control module such as CFP2 and CFP4.
