DATASHEET HA-5320 FN2857 Rev 10.00 1 Microsecond Precision Sample and Hold Amplifier August 11, 2015 The HA-5320 was designed for use in precision, high speed Features data acquisition systems. 6 Gain, DC 2 x 10 V/V The circuit consists of an input transconductance amplifier Acquisition Time 1.0s (0.01%) capable of providing large amounts of charging current, a low leakage analog switch, and an output integrating Droop Rate . 0.08V/s (+25C) 17V/s (Full Temperature) amplifier. The analog switch sees virtual ground as its load therefore, charge injection on the hold capacitor is constant Aperture Time 25ns over the entire input/output voltage range. The pedestal Hold Step Error (See Glossary) . 5mV voltage resulting from this charge injection can be adjusted to zero by use of the offset adjust inputs. The device Internal Hold Capacitor includes a hold capacitor. However, if improved droop rate is Fully Differential Input required at the expense of acquisition time, additional hold capacitance may be added externally. TTL Compatible This monolithic device is manufactured using the Intersil Pb-Free Available (RoHS Compliant) Dielectric Isolation Process, minimizing stray capacitance Applications and eliminating SCRs.
