ISL43143, ISL43144, ISL43145 Data Sheet December 1, 2005 FN6037.3 Low-Voltage, Single and Dual Supply, Features Quad SPST, High Performance Analog Fully Specified for 10% Tolerances at V = 5V and S Switches V+ = 12V, 5V and 3.3V The Intersil ISL43143ISL43145 devices are CMOS, Four Separately Controlled SPST Switches precision, quad SPST analog switches designed to operate Pin Compatible with DG411/DG412/DG413 from a single +2V to +12V supply or from a 2V to 6V supply. Targeted applications include battery powered equipment that ON Resistance (R Max.) 25 ON benefit from the devices low power consumption (<1W), low Matching Between Channels <1 R ON leakage currents (5nA max), and fast switching speeds Low Power Consumption (P ) <1W (t = 52ns, t = 40ns). Fast Switching Action The ISL43143/ISL43144/ISL43145 are quad single-pole/ -t 52ns ON single-throw (SPST) devices. The ISL43143 has four normally -t . 40ns OFF closed (NC) switches the ISL43144 has four normally open Minimum 2000V ESD Protection per Method 3015.7 (NO) switches the ISL43145 has two NO and two NC switches and can be used as a dual SPDT, or a dual 2:1 TTL, CMOS Compatible multiplexer.
