DATASHEET ISL55033 FN6346 Rev 1.00 400MHz Slew Rate Enhanced, Rail-to-Rail Output Gain Block June 29, 2015 The ISL55033 is a triple rail-to-rail output gain block with a Features -3dB bandwidth of 400MHz and slew rate of 2350V/s into a 400MHz -3dB bandwidth 150 load. The ISL55033 has a fixed gain of +2. The inputs are capable of sensing ground. The outputs are capable of 2350V/s typ slew rate, R = 150 to V+/2 L swinging to 0.45V to either rail through a 150 resistor Single-supply operation from +3V to +5.5V connected to V+/2. Rail-to-rail output The ISL55033 is designed for general purpose video Input ground sensing applications. The part includes a fast-acting global Fast 25ns disable time disable/power-down function. Pb-free (RoHS compliant) The ISL55033 is available in a 12 Ld TQFN package. Operation is specified over the -40C to +85C temperature range.
