DATASHEET ISL59424, ISL59445 FN7456 Rev 3.00 1GHz Triple Multiplexing Amplifiers September 30, 2011 The ISL59424, ISL59445 are 1GHz bandwidth multiplexing Features amplifiers designed primarily for video input switching. Triple 2:1 and 4:1 Multiplexers for RGB These MUX-amps exhibit a fixed gain of 1 and also feature a Internally Set Gain-of-1 high speed three-state to enable the output of multiple devices to be wired together. All logic inputs have pull-downs High Speed Three-state Outputs (HIZ) to ground and may be left floating. The EN pin, when pulled Power-down Mode (EN) high, sets the ISL59424, ISL59445 in to low current Latch Enable (ISL59424) mode-consuming just 15mW. An added feature in the 5V Operation ISL59424 is a latch enable function (LE) that allows independent logic control using a common logic bus. When 1200 V/sec Slew Rate LE is high the last logic state is preserved. 1GHz Bandwidth TABLE 1.
