The Renesas R5F64169DFDUB is a low-power microcontroller unit (MCU) based on the 32-bit ARM Cortex-R5F Core. It is part of the R-IN32M3 Group of microcontrollers, and is ideal for a variety of embedded applications such as vehicle control, industrial automation, wearables, medical instruments and IoT. The R5F64169DFDUB packs a variety of features, including on-chip Flash memory, SRAM, DMA controller, peripherals (I2C, UART, SPI, Quad-SPI) and a range of optional features such as TrustZone and TrustCrypt.
