V100ZA3 is a Renesas R32C/100 microcontroller from the V100 series. The V100ZA3 microcontroller is a 32-bit device that comes with 256 KB of on-chip ROM, 32 KB of RAM, 32 KB of Boot ROM, 12-bit A/D converter, 6-channel general-purpose counter, operational amplifier and other peripheral units. It operates at up to 50 MHz and offers low power consumption. It features an array of on-chip and multiplexed peripheral functions, and can be used in a variety of embedded applications such as automotive, industrial, white goods and consumer electronics.
