RT6207A/B TM 5A, 18V, 650kHz, ACOT Synchronous Step-Down Converter General Description Features Fast Transient Response The RT6207A/B is a high-performance 650kHz, 5A step- TM Advanced Constant On-Time (ACOT ) Control down regulator with internal power switches and 4.5V to 18V Input Voltage Range synchronous rectifiers. It features quick transient response TM Adjustable Output Voltage from 0.7V to 8V using its Advanced Constant On-Time (ACOT ) control 5A Output Current architecture that provides stable operation with small 60m Internal High-Side N-MOSFET and 22m ceramic output capacitors and without complicated Internal Low-Side N-MOSFET external compensation, among other benefits. The input Steady 650kHz Switching Frequency voltage range is from 4.5V to 18V and the output is TM Up to 95% Efficiency adjustable from 0.7V to 8V. The proprietary ACOT control Optimized for All Ceramic Capacitors improves upon other fast response constant on-time Externally-Adjustable, Pre-Biased Compatible Soft- architectures, achieving nearly constant switching Start frequency over line, load, and output voltage ranges.
