RT6214A/B TM 3A, 18V, 500kHz, ACOT Step-Down Converter General Description Features Integrated 100m/50m MOSFETs The RT6214A/B is a high-efficiency, monolithic 4.5V to 18V Supply Voltage Range synchronous step-down DC/DC converter that can 500kHz Switching Frequency deliver up to 3A output current from a 4.5V to 18V input ACOT Control supply. The RT6214A/B adopts ACOT architecture to 0.8V 2% Voltage Reference allow the transient response to be improved and keep Internal Start-Up from Pre-biased Output Voltage in constant frequency. Cycle-by-cycle current limit Compact Package: TSOT-23-6 pin provides protection against shorted outputs and High / Low Side Over-Current Protection and soft-start eliminates input current surge during start-up. Hiccup Fault conditions also include output under voltage Output Voltage Range : 0.8V to 6.5V protection and thermal shutdown.
