It is a TSOT-23-8 package with low output ripple, high efficiency, integrated PFM control, and low operating current. It is suitable for mobile device such as smartphone, networks equipment or battery powered system. The output no-load voltage startupp can be adusted from 0.753V to 1.2V. It features adjustable output voltage, external compensation, low noise mode operating at 100KHz, and automatic power saving mode. It also features soft-start, shortceck protection, and open/shor circuit protection.
