Additional Infomation About Product

The Richtek RT8293AHZSP is an all-in-one DC-DC converter housed in an 8-pin SOP package, compliant with RoHS standards. It is a high efficiency, step-down converter with synchronous rectification. It has a wide input voltage range of 6V to 22V, and can convert the input voltage to a regulated output of 0.6V to 12V with a maximum output current of 2A. The converter incorporates various features such as soft-start, voltage feed-forward, frequency foldback, and over-temperature protection. It also has a high maximum duty cycle, for increased efficiency. The RT8293AHZSP is suitable for a wide range of applications such as automotive, consumer, industrial, communications, and computing.
