The output zz z zz Low Temperature Coefficient remains stable even with 1F ceramic output capacitor. zz z zz Current and Thermal Limiting The RT9167/A uses an internal P-MOSFET as the pass zz z zz Custom Voltage Available device, which does not cause extra GND current in heavy zz z zz SOT-23-5 and SOP-8 Packages load and dropout conditions. The shutdown mode of nearly zz z zz RoHS Compliant and 100% Lead (Pb)-Free zero operation current makes the IC suitable for battery- powered devices.
