Additional Infomation About Product

The RT9718BGQW is a voltage supervisor IC designed by Richtek specifically for power management applications. The integrated WDFN-8L RoHS non-isolated packaging allows for efficient heat dissipation and easy assembly into limited space areas. The IC includes an integrated linear voltage supervisor, output driver, and temperature monitor/regulation for improved system reliability and total system power management. It is designed to monitor a single supply voltage in a system, providing a reset signal to a system controller if the voltage drops below a predetermined threshold. The RT9718BGQW features a low quiescent current, support for multiple low voltage thresholds, and an integrated temperature regulated power-on reset (POR). The device also features built-in frequency-selectable watchdog timer (WDT) and adjustable reset timer functions. It is suitable for use in multiple power supply systems, and provides system designers with the flexibility to design in multiple fail-safe functions for improved system reliability.
