Additional Infomation About Product

The RT9742ANGJ5F is a high-side current-mode power load switch IC manufactured by Richtek. It is available in a TSOT-23-5 package and offers protection from short current paths and overvoltages. It also features over-temperature protection (OTP) and a zero-current-detection (ZCD) function. The device can be used to switch a wide range of current loads from 0.2A to 4A, and its total power dissipation capability is 5W. The RT9742ANGJ5F offers fast switching times, provides adjustable over-current protection (OCP) and can withstand high surge current up to 20A, allowing reliable operation even in harsh electrical conditions. The device also features a low on-resistance of 2mohm (typical). In addition, the built-in logic level shifter allows P-Channel MOSFET signals to be directed to the load, ensuring faster switching speeds and minimal power consumption.
