IC Low quiescent current: 70 A (Typ) integrates Power on and under-voltage reset and Input Output load (BD4269FJ-C): 200 mA voltage reset for VCC or other voltages. Quiescent (BD4269EFJ-C) 300 mA current is minimized to optimize the system current Output voltage: 5.0 V 2 % consumption. Offers selection of the output current Power on and under-voltage reset detect voltage: between 200 mA or 300 mA depending on the 4.62 V 2.6 % application. (Adjusting detect voltage accuracy:3 %) Power on and under-voltage reset and Input voltage Over Current Protection (OCP) reset threshold voltage can be adjusted by external Thermal Shut Down (TSD) resistance. Power on and under-voltage reset delay time can programmed set by external capacitor.
