SemiconductorThe BD67173NUX-E2 is a Motor/Motion/Ignition Controller & Driver from ROHM Semiconductor. It is a 3-phase full-wave fan motor drive with pulse-width modulation (PWM) control. It provides excellent performance with low-noise, low-vibration operation. It features an operating range of 5.5V to 24V, a frequency range of 500Hz to 15kHz, and a dead time of 0.5µs to 3.5µs. Additionally, this device has over-current and under-voltage protection, thermal shutdown, and reverse current protection. It also includes integrated self-diagnostics, error LED indication, and lock detection. This device is suitable for applications such as PC cooling fans, blowers and industrial fans.
