BD6346FV is a three phase, sensorless motor 1chip driver SSOP-B20 6.50mm x 6.40mm x 1.45mm with integrated power DMOS MOSFETs. Its feature is sensor-less drive which doesnt require a hall device as a location detection sensor. Furthermore, introducing a PWM soft switched driving mechanism achieves silent operations and low vibrations.
