It has Output Boost Voltage 5.4V(typ) a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 4.5V that is Output Inverted Voltage -5.4V(typ) suitable for portable applications. In addition, its small Maximum Current 50mA(max) package design is ideal for miniaturizing the power Operating Frequency 1.0MHz(typ) supply.
