It offers high efficiency by using pulse skip Switching Frequency: 1MHz(Typ) control technology and synchronous switches, and High Side FET ON-Resistance: 100m(Typ) provides fast transient response to sudden load Low Side FET ON-Resistance: 80m(Typ) changes by implementing current mode control. Standby Current: 0A (Typ) Operating Temperature Range: -40C to +105C Features Fast Transient Response because of Current Mode PWM Control System.
