CMOS LDO Regulators for Portable Devices 1ch 150mA CMOS LDO Regulators No.11020EAT10 BHSA3WGUT Series Description The BHSA3WGUT Series are 150 mA output CMOS regulators that deliver a highly stable output voltage with the precision of 1%. With the use of ROHMs original technology, the load regulation of only 2 mV, 100 mV I/O drop voltage, and the load transient of 50mV (at 1mA100mA) have been achieved. The VCSP60N1 package is extremely compact as just 0.96 mm 0.96 mm, and the IC s enhanced protection circuits contribute to improved application safety.
