Additional Infomation About Product

BM2P0161-Z with Switching Controllers PWM type DCDC Conv for ACDC is a DC-DC converter manufactured by ROHM. It is an integrated power module with dual switching controller for AC/DC conversion. The input voltage range is from 80VAC to 264VAC (single phase). It can achieve high efficiency up to 96% with nominal input voltage and can be used for many applications, such as air conditioners, refrigerators, EV and HEV chargers and industrial applications. This product is equiped with a switching frequency of up to 500kHz depending on operating conditions. It also can be setup for either CCM or DCM mode depending on your needs. Confirmed UL60950-1 safety standard makes BM2P0161-Z suitable for many applications. Protections such as overcurrent, overtemperature and overvoltage protections, ensure higher system reliability. This part is a low profile type with high thermal impedance and can conduct heat efficiently.
