It enables simpler design of a high VCC(BM2P159T1F) : 10.60V to 16.21V effective converter specializing in non-isolated devices. VCC(BM2P249TF) : 10.60V to 26.80V This series has a built-in HV starter circuit that DRAIN : to 650V tolerates 650V, and it contributes to low power consumption. With a current detection resistor for Normal Operation Current 0.85mA (Typ.) switching as internal device, it can be designed as Burst Operation Current 0.45mA(Typ.) small power supply. Since current mode control is Oscillation Frequency 100kHz(Typ.) utilized, current is restricted in each cycle and o o Operation Temperature Range - 40 C to +105 C excellent performance is demonstrated in bandwidth MOSFET ON resistor: 9.5 (Typ.) and transient response.
