The BU91520KV-M can drive up to 276 LCD Operating Temperature Range: -40C to +105C Segments directly. The BU91520KV-M can also control Max Segments: 276 Segments up to 6 General-purpose output pins / 6 PWM output pins. Display Duty 1/3, 1/4 Selectable These products also incorporate a key scan circuit that Bias: 1/2, 1/3 Bias accepts input from up to 30 keys to reduce printed circuit Interface: 3wire Serial Interface board wiring.
