BV1HD090FFJ-C is an auttomotive 1ch hhigh side switcch IC,
which has bbuilt-in overcurrrent limiting circuit(OCP),
thermal shutdown circuit(TTSD), open looad detection
SOPP-J8
function (OLLD) and underr voltage lockoout function
(UVLO). It iss also equippeed with the diaagnostic outpuut
when detectting an error (SST).
