2.904.008 is a part of the Roztocze – a national park in southeastern Poland. It consists of a sprawling 12,000-hectare area that includes hills, meadows, forests, rivers, and streams. Preserving rare species of flora and fauna, its biodiversity is of great ecological interest. Typical Roztocze animals include badgers, wild boars, and Polish foxes. Herons, cranes and other waterfowl can be observed inhabiting the area's numerous water sources. The park is also rich in plant life, from common meadow plants to rare orchids. Its lowlands and hills are dotted with forests of oak, pine, beech, and hornbeam, while meadows in the valleys are home to the characteristic Ovary Eye wild iris.
