S-1313 Series SUPER LOW CURRENT CONSUMPTION LOW DROPOUT CMOS VOLTAGE REGULATOR www.sii-ic.com SII Semiconductor Corporation, 2011-2016 Rev.2.1 00 The S-1313 Series, developed by using the CMOS technology, is a positive voltage regulator IC which has the super low current consumption and the low dropout voltage. Current consumption is as low as 0.9 A typ., and a ceramic capacitor of 0.1 F or more can be used as the input and output capacitors. It also has high-accuracy output voltage of 1.0%. Features Output voltage: 1.0 V to 3.5 V, selectable in 0.05 V step. Input voltage: 1.5 V to 5.5 V Output voltage accuracy: 1.0% (1.0 V to 1.45 V output product: 15 mV) Dropout voltage: 170 mV typ. (2.8 V output product, I = 100 mA) OUT Current consumption: During operation: 0.9 A typ., 1.35 A max.
