The module consists of three Infineon IGBT three-phase bridge, three-phase diode bridge, and a thermistor. The IGBT bridge provides an output voltage range of up to 1,200 V and an output current of up to 38 A, while the diode bridge has a maximum voltage of 1,200 V and a maximum current of 30A. It is designed for an operating temperature range of -40 to + 250°C. The thermistor is used to monitor the junction temperature of the device and provides a reliable indication of case temperature.
