The SKN 130/12 is a power module from the SKN series from Semikron. It is a 3-phase insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module. It is equipped with a diode chip and can be used in inverters and soft starters. The SKN 130/12 has a current rating of 130A and a voltage rating of 1200V. It is designed for use in inductive, capacitive and resistive loads. The module also has three temperature sensors that provide an accurate output against varying temperatures. This power module is capable of operating at high switching frequencies and provides fast switching times.
