SKN20/14 is an IGBT, insulated gate bipolar transistor. It is a three-terminal, power semiconductor device with a low on-state resistance and high switching speed. The device is manufactured by Semikron and is usually used in power applications such as power conversion, frequency inverters, motor control, and snubber circuits.
