RClamp7528T Ultra Low Capacitance TVS Array PROTECTION PRODUCTS PRELIMINARY PROTECTION PRODUCTS - RailClamp Features Description RailClamp TVS arrays are ultra low capacitance ESD ESD protection for high-speed data lines to protection devices designed to protect high speed data IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) 25kV (air), 20kV (contact) interfaces.
