The SX1208IMLTRT is a RoHS-compliant RF transceiver IC manufactured by Semtech and packaged in a 5mm x 5mm QFN-24-EP. The IC combines a low-noise amplifier, receiver, down-converter, frequency synthesizer, transmitter, direct-conversion modulator, and the necessary control and interface circuitry to support the implementation of a wide range of applications from the 50 MHz to 1050 MHz frequency range. It offers high sensitivity of -128 dBm with up to 100 dB of image rejection and 100 dB of blocking rejection. The SX1208IMLTRT also has a selectable output power up to +25 dBm, semi-static and dynamically adjustable filters, and configurable digital signal processing including AGC, channel selectivity and error correction. It supports programmable packet length and bandwidth as well as on-the-fly configuration of packet size, format, protocol, and control rate. The SX1208IMLTRT is housed in a QFN-24-EP (5x5) package and is suitable for use in a variety of IoT applications.
