The Semtech SX1280IMLTRT is a long-range 2.4 GHz Wireless Transceiver. It utilizes Semtech's patented LoRa technology to enable longer range and less dropped packets, while offering lower power consumption than traditional wireless solutions. This device is ideal for applications such as remote sensing, asset tracking, metering, geolocation, and automation, providing reliable two-way communication over the ISM band with increased sensitivity and extended range up to 15 kilometers. The SX1280IMLTRT features an integrated power amplifier, low-noise amplifier, receive and transmit controllers, and a power-threshold detector to extend the range of low-power applications. This transceiver also features an on-air data rate of up to 300Kbps and supports various modulation modes including FSK, BPSK, ASK, and GFSK. It also has excellent sensitivity of -148 dBm and a receive bandwidth of up to 500 kHz.
