The CSW2425S is a solid-state airflow switch, manufactured by Sensata Technologies. This switch is designed to detect air velocity, and it provides a 4–20 mA output as a result of the air velocity. It is designed for air-conditioning applications, such as monitoring the air velocity in ducts or other air-handling systems. The CSW2425S has a wide range of flow settings, from 0.2 to 2.5 m/s, and is available with either a normally open or a normally closed output. It also has a trigger point adjustment for fast and reliable service. Additionally, it is constructed of stainless steel and polyurethane, and is rated for IP54 protection, with a 125°C maximum operating temperature.
