For aqueous solutions the data for H O as stated above is a good approximation. 2 For hydrocarbon liquids such as oil, fuel, or organic solvents, the flow switch point shifts towards higher flow rates. For indicative purpose, data is provided for isopropyl alcohol (IPA) below.
