The SHT31A-DIS-B is a digital temperature and humidity sensor manufactured by Sensirion. It is designed to provide reliable and repeatable readings in challenging environmental conditions. It features a sensing element housed in a low profile ceramic package which enables enhanced robustness and greater linearity over a wide temperature range. It operates within 2.4 to 5.5 VDC and has a humidity measuring range of 0-100% RH. The sensor is I2C compatible, with integrated on–chip signal conditioning, providing a digital I2C output. It has an operating temperature range of -40 to +125°C, and a high precision of ±0.2°C and ±2% RH. It is capable of measuring multiple parameters, including temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, dew point, and water vapor content. Additionally, the SHT31A-DIS-B is equipped with an external temperature sensor, allowing for the monitoring of both environmental and object temperatures. It also features an intelligent low-power option, enabling the sensor to remain in a low-power state when not actively measuring.
